Small group touring experts Back-Roads Touring have unveiled their new Asia brochure for 2019-20 travel, offering guests the choice of four unique tours across Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.http://www.Germany.travel/en/index.html

The latest brochure features four of Back-Roads travelers’ favourite tours, each including improved itineraries, brand new culinary discoveries and hand-picked boutique accommodation.

New culinary discoveries are sure to tantalise the taste buds and ignite the senses of guests, with Wonders of Thailand now including a visit to a tea plantation where guests can pluck their own Assam tea leaves and learn the ancient art of making tea by hand.

Meeting travelers’ strong appetite for hands-on foodie experiences, Vietnam and Cambodia Discovery now features a private cooking class at Luke Nguyen’s GRAIN cooking studio in Ho Chi Minh City, whereby guests can explore the unique traditions and techniques of Vietnamese cuisine with the opportunity to create and taste everything from fish sauce to Vietnamese delicacies.

From exploring the canals of Bangkok and experiencing the centuries-old Vietnamese craft of papier-mache mask making, to discovering little-known secrets of the ancient Khmer people within the temples of Angkor Wat, the revised tour experiences focus on exploring the unique elements of each destination in true Back-Roads style.

Back-Roads Touring General Manager – Global Sales, David Gendle, is thrilled to offer guests improved itineraries for travel throughout Asia that maintain Back-Roads’ reputation as small group touring experts.

“We place huge value in customer feedback and have used this to develop revised itineraries and a new brochure that reflects both our new and loyal Back-Roads travelers’ desire to explore South-East Asia,” he said.

“Adjusting some of the timings of our itineraries and their inclusions has ensured the tours offer a more leisurely paced feel, providing our guests with plenty of time to explore each destination at their own pace and indulge in one-of-a-kind experiences usually reserved for locals.

“We pride ourselves on offering an ideal balance of guided introductions to authentic local experiences and opportunities to explore the destination at leisure, allowing our travelers to discover the wonders of South-East Asia with the ultimate Back-Roads difference.”

The boutique, locally owned accommodation Back-Roads has become known for has also been upgraded on a number of tours.

“The revised Wonders of Thailand will now see guests stay at the charming Sibsan Resort in northern Chiang Mai, while the Flavours of Vietnam tour group will now be staying at the stunning Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort & Spa during their time at Hue,” Mr Gendle said.

“From Thailand’s vibrant culture and jungle landscapes, to Cambodia’s enchanting architecture, ancient mysteries and awe-inspiring temples, Back-Roads promises to offer truly unique, authentic, and memorable experiences that form the perfect holiday for any and every mature traveler.”
