Backyard Travel, the online boutique tour operator specializing in insider tours throughout Asia, today announced an epic new tour through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Combining the highlights of three incredible countries, this one-of-a-kind journey traverses vibrant cities, ancient ruins, rural villages and spectacular natural landscapes.

The 15-day, 14-night Rivers, Roads and Ruins: Thailand, Cambodia And Vietnam Tour begins in dazzling Bangkok with a full day of urban exploration in the Thai capital. Next it’s off to Cambodia, traveling overland through Thai countryside to enjoy the charms of sleepy Battambang and explore the Angkor temples in Siem Reap. After a couple of days seeing the sights in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh, travelers make their way to Vietnam via the Mekong River, cruising over the border to Chau Doc. From here, the journey continues along the river, passing by colorful towns and floating markets, and exploring back canals to catch a glimpse of local daily life. The tour ends in Ho Chi Minh City, with a full-day private guided tour.

“This multi-country Journey is perfect for travelers who like to pack a lot of different experiences into a single trip,” says General Manager of Backyard Travel, Trystan Trestchenkoff. “Not only does this tour showcase the top spots of Thailand, Vietnam and Laos, it introduces travelers to lesser-known areas and incorporates overland and river travel to give them a closer look at every destination.”
