Bangkok Airways pioneers direct service from Bangkok to Cam Ranh, Vietnam (Gateway to Nha Trang)

Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited has successfully made its maiden flight from Bangkok to Cam Ranh, Vietnam. The airline operates four flights a week (Monday, Wednesday Friday and Sunday) with a 144-seater Airbus A319 aircraft.

Mr. Varong Israsena Na Ayudhya, Vice President – Sale of Bangkok Airways PCL said,” Bangkok Airways is pleased to offer this new service to from Bangkok to Cam Ranh, Vietnam. Cam Ranh is situated on the Southeastern coast of Vietnam and has been one of the most desired beach holiday destinations for up-scale Vietnamese and European tourists. Currently, Cam Ranh has experienced rapid growth in the number of visitors every year, not to mention constant support from the Vietnamese Government in putting this city on the world map, by offering the 15-day visa free policy for tourists from England, France, Spain, Italy, Germany and the 14-90 visa free for tourists from Japan, South Korea, Philippines and Chile. In addition to that, Cam Ranh is also very close to Nha Trang city, known as the “Riviera of South China Sea” ad has been one of the most popular tourism destinations for European and Vietnamese travelers.”

       Bangkok Airways will offer four flights a week (Monday, Wednesday Friday and Sunday) with a 144-seater Airbus A319 aircraft. The outbound flight PG993 will depart Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) at 10.20hrs and arrive Cam Rahn (Nha Trang) International Airport at 12.05hrs. The inbound flight PG994 will depart Cam Rahn (Nha Trang) Airport at 12.55hrs and arrive Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) at 14.40hrs.
