Beachwalk Shopping Center A perfect blend of resort lifestyle and the magnficent Kuta Beach

This magnificent shopping center has been architecturally inspired by the gentle contours of the rice terraces that have been etched into the Bali’s rural landscape by generations of farmers. The eco-friendly, low-rise design is characterized by a traditional thatched roof, recycled hardwoods, and an open-air walkway, which is cooled by natural sea breezes thereby reducing the need for air-conditioning. The mall integrates open spaces filled with tropical plants, a musical fountain, refreshing waterways, and well-manicured roof-top gardens on level 2 that provide unobstructed view of the spectacular sunset of Kuta Beach. This unique design was nominated as one of the best architectural design for shopping center category at the World Architecture Festival 2013 in Singapore.
