Summer is just around the corner and Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is bringing “Beer and Burger” back at its outdoor garden terrace on the 15th floor, where guests can wind down from their day and enjoy the cool summer breeze with gourmet-style burgers and cold beer while taking in unobstructed views of the city.

Served hot off the grill, the burger menu at the Garden Terrace is a fresh take on the classic American burger with international flavours using all-natural high quality meat and fresh, locally-sourced vegetables. The chefs have designed six different gourmet burgers with housemade buns, a secret sauce and a wide variety of fillings including a vegan alternative to satisfy everyone’s burger appetite. Paired with a cold beer from a selection of local draft beers and Charles H.’s cocktail-inspired beer The New Yorker, guests can enjoy the cool summer nights to the fullest.

Some highlights from the menu include:

  • The Classic Burger: US beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, “secret” sauce, brioche bun
  • Gourmet Affair: US beef, gorgonzola, caramelised onions, peppers, rucola, basil pesto, balsamic glaze, wheat bun
  • Cali Style: US beef, pepper jack cheese, avocado, tomato, green chili, chipotle, wheat bun
  • Aloha Chicken: Chicken breast, swiss cheese, pineapple, lettuce, leek salad, teriyaki, brioche bun
  • The Big Pig: Pulled pork, coleslaw, pickles, BBQ sauce, bioche bun
  • Garden Burger: Housemade vegan patty, ruccola, tomato, red onion, sautéed mushroom, avocado, ciabatta bread

Beer and Burger at the Garden Terrace is for adults only (19 years and older) and is available from Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. Burger prices begin at KRW 23,000 and KRW 9,000 for beer (tax included). Table seating is on a first come first served basis.
