Beijing Capital Airlines Rolls Out Preferential Pricing For Its Madrid-Hangzhou Route

Beijing Capital Airlines has launched a preferential pricing program for its Madrid-Hangzhou route, starting at 120 Euros (excluding taxes). The flight departs from China’s Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport every Friday and returns from Spain’s Adolfo Suarez Madrid – Barajas Airport the following day. Travelers can fly directly from Madrid to Hangzhou on a comfortable A330 wide-body aircraft, where, upon landing, they can experience the romantic ambiance of this ancient Oriental city, savor a cup of tea in an open air restaurant facing the famous West Lake while listening to jiangnan sizhu style of traditional Chinese instrumental music that Hangzhou and the surrounding region is renowned for.

Hangzhou is one of the “heavens on earth” in the minds of the people of China, famed for its breathtaking views, myriad historical points of interest, encapsulated in the Chinese proverb “Up above there is heaven and down below there are Suzhou and Hangzhou“. The city, with its long cultural history, is one of the cradles of Wuyue culture. The Madrid-Hangzhou route launched by Beijing Capital Airlines is the first direct flight between Spain andEastern China. The flight will not only promote economic and cultural communication between China’s Jiangsuand Zhejiang provinces and southern Europe as well as serve as a conduit for top students attending universities in the two regions, but also play an important role in the development of tourism between the two areas.

From now until October 31st, travelers are entitled to preferential round-trip prices, starting at 880 yuan (excluding taxes) for economy class tickets and 6,800 yuan (excluding taxes) for business class tickets from Hangzhou, and120 Euros (excluding taxes) for economy class tickets and 980 Euros (excluding taxes) for business class tickets from Madrid.
