Belon Launches An Incomparable Sunday Brunch

Enjoy a feast for the senses at ‘Banyan Tree’s Sunday Brunch by Belon’ launched by Banyan Tree Macau’s Signature Seafood and Grill restaurant, Belon.


With an expansive variety of fresh seafood and gourmet delights prepared live by the award winning team of chefs at Belon, diners are assured of an elegant and memorable dining experience coupled with personalised service that has become synonymous with Belon.

Belon’s latest offering combines an endless flow of exquisite wines from the hotel’s cellars, selected and served by Belon’s dedicated sommelier, together with the freshest selection of seafood and gourmet meats including Boston lobster, Tiger prawn, Snow crab, Periwinkle and a selection of live-shucked oysters.

Diners can savour a variety of grilled meats cooked to perfection including succulent cuts of Australian lamb rack, US beef rib eye and pan seared foie gras as well as whole baked catch of the day and steamed white jade clams. Traditional carving stations include premium black Kurobuta pork rack and Merlot braised Canadian beef short rib.

Top off your epicurean feast with our signature Golden Oscietra caviar accompanied chef’s special creations, served tableside or select from an artistic spread of sweet treats to finish. This includes freshly prepared sorbet prepared a la minute using liquid nitrogen.

What’s more? A dedicate kids’ corner is set up for children to help make this dining experience an enjoyable family outing for all. Children can be entertained with balloon-making, cartoon programmes and coloring books. A baby sitter will assist to take care of the children while the adults are enjoying their brunch.

Banyan Tree’s Sunday Brunch by Belon’ runs from 11:30am till 3:00pm. It is priced at MOP698 plus 10% service charge per adult; and MOP198 plus 10% service charge per child aged 4 to 12 years old. Free flow of champagne is available at an additional MOP100 per adult.
