BeMyGuest, the global leader for Asian tours and activities content, has launched Agents Marketplace, a new B2B platform for travel agencies that features a booking engine to access industry rates to BeMyGuest’s inventory of over 10,000 activities and tours in over 90 countries and 600 cities.
The inventory and rates are from more than 3,000 travel agencies, tour operators, attractions and transfer providers from across Asia and beyond. All have signed up with BeMyGuest.
A key benefit of the Agents Marketplace is access to net rates, which enables agents to collect gross payments from clients, allowing for immediate commissions.
Agents Marketplace is tailored to meet the needs of traditional travel agencies which account for the vast majority of bookings in the travel industry, said Clement Wong, CEO at BeMyGuest.
“We have created Agents Marketplace as a result of numerous requests from our current tours and activities providers who want to sell to other providers already working with us,” said Wong. “The tour and activity providers can tap in to industry rates which we get as a result of our distribution partnerships,” he said.
Agents Marketplace is simple and sends e-vouchers to agents once a booking is made. The platform is available in English and Mandarin, with more Asian languages to be rolled out in 2016. Agents can sign up for the platform at https://agents.bemyguest.com.
The Agent Marketplace is the latest in a series of distribution channel expansions from BeMyGuest that include BeMyGuest’s API integration with Ctrip and white label offerings with airline, hotel and car hire industry partners.
