Ben Hafiez Joins Intercontinental® Kuala Lumpur As Chef Concierge

InterContinental Kuala Lumpur one of the leading luxury hotels in Malaysia has appointed Ben Hafiez as Chef Concierge. Bringing 10 years of hospitality experience and part of the crème de la crème of the world’s concierge community – the Les Clef d’Or, Ben is also the youngest Chef Concierge amongst 5-star deluxe hotels in Malaysia.


In his role at the brand’s flagship hotel, Ben will lead his concierge team to deliver quality service that ensures each guest gets a great experience.

A vital role, excellent concierge service is a hallmark of the InterContinental brand. Ben will be working closely with a network of InterContinental concierge’ throughout the world to ensure the service offered is consistent across the brand and aims to redefine luxury concierge services to a whole new level in Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to joining InterContinental Kuala Lumpur, Ben was Chef Concierge at award winning and flagship hotel in South East Asia, Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
