Today Best Western Hotels & Resorts announced its new Americas partnership agreement to distribute Best Western branded hotels on Booking.com. The agreement allows Best Western properties in North America, South America, Central America and Mexico to participate in the strong distribution network of Booking.com.
“Our agreement with Booking.com elevates our relationship with a leader in the distribution space, allowing our hotels in the Americas to reach new consumers. Booking.com is a valued business partner and we look forward to developing ways to deepen our relationship, grow new business and generate more revenue for our hoteliers,” said Dorothy Dowling senior vice president of marketing and sales for Best Western. “We look forward to a long, successful partnership with Booking.com.”
By ensuring significant representation with Booking.com, Best Western hotels in the Americas will be part of the key consideration set for consumers searching or booking in this channel and will be better positioned to aggressively compete for their business. “We are thrilled about this new partnership with Best Western. It empowers Booking.com customers to discover and enjoy even more great places to stay throughout North and South America,” said Todd Dunlap, Managing Director, Americas at Booking.com. “As we continue to grow our business together, we look forward to introducing additional choice and enhanced value to consumers over the coming years.”
Technology integration between the two companies will be facilitated through DerbySoft allowing rates and availability of rooms to be reflected in real-time on Booking.com and providing the best possible customer experience with seamless booking integration.
