As part of its dedicated partnership with APT, Better Homes and Gardens will take viewers on a journey from Amsterdam to Budapest this Friday, as it showcases the highlights of the luxury travel operator’s all inclusive 15-day Magnificent Europe river cruise.
The special episode is the second installment in a series of episodes the team has been filming on location with APT and focuses on the Danube and Rhine rivers. The episode will be broadcast on Channel 7 at 7pm on Friday 17th July.
Viewers will join presenter Jason Hodges as he takes in the splendor of Germany’s Würzburg Palace, an impressive 18th century royal residence.
The episode also showcases two of APT’s exclusive Royal Invitations – exceptional sightseeing that can only be experienced by guests who travel with APT. Jason shows viewers what it’s like to journey aboard the Majestic Imperator train through the Austrian countryside from Linz to Passau, stopping in Salzburg to sample the sights of the Sound of Music.
Cameras also venture behind the doors of Vienna’s City Palace at APT’s exclusive musical soiree, featuring members of the Mozart Boy’s Choir.
Commenting on the luxury travel operator’s special partnership with the show, APT Chief Marketing Officer, Debra Fox, said: “We are so proud to be hosting the Better Homes and Gardens team on our European river cruises. What better way for viewers to learn more about the history, highlights and what sets one of our river cruises apart than experiencing it through the eyes of a team of experts. We hope that the episode will inspire more clients to visit their local travel agent to find out more about how they can book an unforgettable APT European river cruise of their own.”
