As part of its dedicated ongoing partnership with award winning luxury travel operator APT, Better Homes and Gardens will showcase some of Canada’s unforgettable highlights this Friday, taking viewers on a special tour of the Calgary Stampede.
The fourth installment in a series of episodes the team has been filming on location with APT, this latest edition focuses on the Calgary Stampede itself. The episode will be broadcast on Channel 7 at 7pm on Friday 28 August.
Often referred to as the ‘Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth’, the 10-day event attracts over one million visitors annually. Viewers will join presenters Dr Harry and Jason Hodges as discover all the sights and delights of this world famous rodeo with APT.
Jason takes in the Indian Village and all the fun of the sideshows, tucking into Stampede delicacies such as deep fired Oreos and sushi, doughnut popsicles and cactus burgers along the way.
Meanwhile Dr Harry is in Cowboy heaven, meeting chuck wagon racing families, draft horses and watching camp drafting events.
