The event, produced by Marketing magazine, is the only awards event in Asia-Pacific to focus completely on customer loyalty and engagement.
The Singapore-headquartered hospitality group came tops in the “Most Innovative Loyalty Programme” and “Best Use of Loyalty-Related Technology” categories while securing silver in the “Best Regional Loyalty Marketing Campaign” category.

Entries for this year’s awards were fielded from a total of 21 countries across Asia-Pacific and judged by a panel of senior loyalty and relationship marketers across multiple industries. This is the third year the Loyalty & Engagement Awards support Marketing magazine’s mission of elevating marketing standards and practices in the region.
