The king of crustaceans is making a come back in Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant as Boston lobster takes center stage this month. The culinary team is showcasing a menu featuring this seasonal delicacy done the Oriental way.
Exquisitely concocted by Chef Heng Sze Hooi, the menu boast four varieties with three cooking methods to choose from. Diners can look forward to savour the sweet and succulent meat with concoctions such as the Braised Lobster with Superior Stock, Oven Baked Boston Lobster with Garlic and Cheese, Steamed Lobster with Black Bean Sauce and the Braised Boston Lobster with Ee Fu Noodles, Ginger and Spring Onion.
Apart from this promotion, the award-winning restaurant offers authentic flavours of Cantonese dishes and delightful dim sums. From the signature Crispy Soft Shell Crab in Vinegar Honey Sauce, Braised Duck in ‘Teo Chew’ Style, Buddha Jumps over the Wall, Steamed Saffron Dumpling with Scallop, Deep Fried Crispy Prawn and Squid Dumpling coated with Pumpkin Seed, each dish is bound to cultivate delights in every bite.
