Bintan Lagoon Resort (“BLR”), the largest integrated resort in Bintan, is pleased to announce the launch of Fiesta, the latest restaurant to burst onto the culinary scene in Bintan. This massive complex is open from 6.30am until 11pm daily and can seat over 650 pax.
“We set out to create something more than just another buffet restaurant. We wanted to celebrate food and so we have included a full entertainment lineup at Fiesta throughout the day,” says Moe Ibrahim, BLR’s President Director. “Each buffet counter is equipped with a live cooking station. Food is cooked fresh, in front of our customers.”
Fiesta is perched on a hill overlooking BLR’s signature lagoon pool. From anywhere within the restaurant, patrons can enjoy unobstructed views of the majestic South China Sea, or simply make the two- minute walk down to the beach.
The restaurant was designed by the award-winning Singapore-headquartered iwa Design. “While modern, the design blends beautifully with the natural setting. We let in the light, opened up the panoramic views and applied a pallet of soft colours. It’s the kind of restaurant where you can spend hours with friends and family and feel totally at ease,” says Benjamin Lim, iwa Design’s Managing Director.
The cuisine is varied to cater to the resort’s international clientele. There is a Western corner, an Indonesian corner, as well as an Asian corner that serves Japanese and Korean cuisine.
Fiesta also has micro-themed restaurants within. Little India serves Indian food, Mangia allows you to create your own pizza and pastas, and Chop Chop, Bintan’s Chinatown, let’s you try Chinese street food. Although meant for Kids, adults love the Kid’s corner just as much.
The entertainment is as varied as the cuisine. Live bands play every lunch and dinner. Comedians, magicians, cultural dancers and a bevy of other acts will ensure each and every visit to Fiesta is memorable. After all, Fiesta doesn’t just serve food, it serves Good Mood Food.
