Borderfree and Visa Join Forces to Bring Special US Retail Offers to Visa Cardholders in Singapore

Borderfree, the market leader in global ecommerce solutions, today announced it is collaborating with Visa to offer exclusive free shipping from Borderfree’s powerhouse roster of U.S. retail clients to Visa cardholders in Singapore.

Borderfree designed a promotion for Visa cardholders in Singapore. During the offer period, Visa cardholders in these markets have the opportunity to shop with a slate of popular U.S. retailers and receive free shipping for orders that reach a certain threshold when they use their Visa card. Participating retailers include Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, True Religion, AG Adriano Goldschmied, Garnet Hill, OnlineShoes.com, CHEFS Catalog and Jos. A. Bank.

Ooi Huey Tyng, Visa Country Manager for Singapore and Brunei, sees enormous potential for the online shopping landscape as eCommerce spending on Visa cards continue to experience strong growth over the past year. Visa cardholders are making online purchases from their favorite fashion retailers to travel bookings as well as everyday purchases like groceries, movie tickets, personal electronics and books.
