Boston Marriott Burlington has undergone an exciting transformation with the completion of a multi-million dollar renovation of its meeting venues, ballroom, lobby and public spaces.

Renovations include the creation of Chopps American Bar and Grill, three new private rooms as well as the revitalization of all existing function space.  The full-service 418-room hotel now features a total of 21 private rooms comprising 14,570 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space all located on one level. The 9,000 square foot Celebrate Ballroom is divisible into 10 sections with a full capacity of 1000.

“Our newly renovated hotel offers business travelers and meeting planners collaborative and productive work environments for groups large and small,” said Jay Gilman, Director of Sales and Marketing. “These state-of-the-art meeting spaces have been designed based on the way people are meeting today.”

“With this extensive renovation, Boston Marriott Burlington emerges as a leading world-class hotel and modern, welcoming destination for meetings and business travel to the Greater Boston area,” said Jim Dina, chief operating officer and principal of Pyramid Hotel Group. “Our sales associates are dedicated and trained to inspire meeting planners to create better, more enriching experiences.”

Whether for a small group or a large conference, our culinary staff creates innovative cuisine for banquets, buffets, and elegant sit down dinners,” said Executive Chef John Costello.  “Our catering menus feature everything from traditional New England favorites to international dishes.”

The new Chopps Bar, with its media pods, offers an inviting and adaptable space, day or night, where guests can easily meet and work in small groups, relax privately, or casually dine with access to the latest technologies.  Each media pod features free wireless high-speed Internet access, power outlets for cell phone chargers and laptops, and a flat-screen TV with personal remote controls.

Boston Marriott Burlington also offers Marriott International’s Red Coat Direct, the first branded hotel app allowing planners to continually make and adjust meeting requests without having to leave the room or even being on the property, transforming the way meetings are planned and strengthening the channel of communication between planners and hotel.
