New research from Carnival Cruise Line has found that nearly a third of Gen X Australians are going through a friendship drought. While over 30% of people have friends that live close by, they feel that they never have time to see them due to family and work.

What’s more, over half (57%) of Gen X Australians said they would like to spend more quality time with close friends, just like they did back in the day.
