Koh Samui’s boutique private villa estate, Samujana, is introducing unique week-long wellness packages which enable guests to achieve peak fitness and relaxation, by combining the practice of yoga with the high intensity workout and endurance training of Thai Kickboxing.

The first two retreats will take place in February and May in conjunction with Yogarden, Koh Samui’s leading yoga sanctuary and Andi Jones, Samujana’s very own champion Muay Thai boxer. With a high level of one-to-one expert coaching each day, guests can enjoy a comprehensive, holistic program in the comfort and privacy of their own villa, set against the stunning panoramic sea view backdrop.

Guests will also follow nutritional meal plans which consist of fresh and natural locally sourced ingredients.

The training sessions are complemented with an immersion into the best experiences Koh Samui has to offer, from island tours and a spa afternoon at the Six Senses to local market visits and luxury yacht charters.

Optional extras are available to guests who want to enhance their wellness experience, from detox juice cleanses courtesy of Samujana’s exclusive partnership with Amrita Wellness Retreats, to golf sessions at Sanitiburi Country Club and Private Reiki Healing courses.

At Samujana, time is the ultimate luxury, giving guests a true sanctuary for the body mind and soul.  Specifically designed to host groups, the luxurious Samujana Villas are fully equipped to provide first class health and wellness regimes in a secluded, natural and calming setting. Guests have a large choice of expansive, luxury en-suite bedrooms for which they can stay for the week, or can choose to rent a private villa in its entirety. Villas have between 3 – 8 bedrooms and are fully equipped living and social spaces, including infinity pools, private cinemas, fully equipped gyms, kitchens and gardens with spacious areas for private yoga.Dedicated villa staff are on hand for the duration of the course and all meals and dining experiences are included in the package – from Thai pop-up restaurants to a fresh seafood BBQ.

Day 1

  • Arrival to Koh Samui and welcome to Samujana
  • With guests travelling in from all over the world, the first day is dedicated to allowing  everyone to arrive, relax and settle in
  • Delicious and fresh Thai street food will be served for dinner in the villa and guests can break the ice and be introduced to the Samujana yoga retreat team

Day 2

  • Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Energizing Breakfast, served in villa
  • Free time at leisure. Swim laps in the pool, go for a walk down to the beach or snorkel on the house reef
  • Muay Thai training
  • Wellness Lunch, served in villa
  • Join the group for the scheduled activity / excursion today or use this time to relax, take a walk on the beach, lounge by the pool or book a massage
  • Island Tour to South of Samui, including Chaweng, Lamai, Grandmother and Grandfather rock, Namuang waterfalls, mummified monks

Day 3

  • Sunrise Yoga and Meditation

Day 4

Day 5

  • Sunrise Yoga and Meditation

  • Spa Afternoon at Six Senses Samui – a tropical oasis of fresh hydration and pampering. Treatments includes a coconut scrub, coconut wrap and ending with coconut aromatic massage”

Day 6
