The buffet-style brunch features delicacies ranging from Italian antipasti to seafood, cold cuts, egg cooking stations, local and international cheeses and freshly baked breads as well as a rich variety of grill options. Supervised by the new Executive Chef Savaş Aydemir, the culinary team prepares delicious choices emphasising rich local flavours of Turkey, including the renowned doner. For guests preferring to eat light, the salad corner offers seasonal selections from Chef’s herb garden. As in the previous years, the dessert buffet is an eye-popping pleasure by itself. Those with a sweet tooth should make sure to leave room for sweets and chocolate.
Sunday brunch is available every Sunday from 12:30 to 4:00 pm, and the entire Aqua restaurant and a part of YALI Lounge transform to accommodate brunch guests, who may choose between indoor seating or dining al fresco on Aqua’s terrace, based on the season. Regular guests will notice several new stations such as a raw bar, larger variety of items on vegetarian corner, the Belgian waffle station and also a glass of prosecco as a welcome drink. The team also added more items from Asian cuisine.
