Leading Australian online travel provider BYOjet celebrates its sixth anniversary this week and the sky’s the limit.
Company founder and CEO, Lenny Padowitz, thanked customers for being involved with the journey saying the best days were still ahead for the multi-award winning agency.
“We are delighted by the support of our customers who have responded so positively to our user-friendly online booking technology offering one-stop flight shop and 24 hour customer service with the lowest fares every day,’’ Mr Padowitz said.
BYOjet is coming off its strongest year on record with 97,000 bookings and is on track to better that result with more than 133,000 bookings this year.
Mr Padowitz said the company’s growth strategy in 2017 would focus on putting the client first.
“This will be the year of the client for BYOjet by streamlining internal processes, improving internal systems for faster customer service and improving our journey-planner applications,’’ he said.
“We will also be launching our premium service package that will offer our clients, in addition to our current 24×7 service, no BYOjet fees when making changes to or cancelling booking.”
Other highlights for BYOjet would include an official UK launch with other international destinations also in the planning, and the addition of even more airlines offering clients the largest selection possible with well over 300 worldwide carriers.
