To bring the diners’ experience to the next level, Café Kool will highlight a total of 14 signature dishes made with the chefs’ secret recipes at all of its six dynamic open kitchens from 10 August 2017 (descriptions attached).

“Good news does not stop here.  To further enhance the diners’ experience, each buffet lunch and dinner for little guests from families of four will walk home with a Café Kool tin filled with one’s own choice of sweets,” said Mr Ulrich Jablonka, director of food and beverage.

Café Kool’s signature dishes are:

Station Signature Dish
Seafood Matcha Soba Noodles with Crab Meat, Shrimp and Daikon Pickle

Matcha Soba Noodles are a popular pick in Japan during the summer season.  The addition of crab meat and shrimp gives the dish a hint of freshness and takes the enjoyment to the next level.

Fresh from the Sea

Café Kool brings in the taste of the ocean to guests a delightful seafood selection. Freshly shucked oysters, lobsters, black mussels, scallops, snow crab legs, sea whelk…  and the list goes on.  Guests will be spoilt for choice.

(available for dinner only)

Two of the most popular seafood items grilled to perfection. The sumptuous sensation is simply irresistible.

Meat lovers need look no further because they can choose from the selection of premium meats, such as Whole Roasted Chicken, Pork Loin and Beef Rib Eye.  The juicy sensation is too hard to resist.

A classic favourite.  Home-made burger buns with special flavours – Charcoal Black and Beetroot Burgundy, to name a few – go hand in hand with US beef and Norwegian salmon.  The finger-licking shoestrings fries should not be missed either.

Thai Thai Pork Neck with Tamarind Sauce

A firm favourite in Thai cuisine.  The tamarind sauce gives a distinct, refreshing flavour to the tender pork neck.  A classic creation which will simply blow one’s mind away.

Indian Pesarattu

Thin and crispy, with a good mix of green grams and chillies, this traditional Indian dish is a delicious and healthy choice for all.  A meat (chicken) option is also available.

Malaysian Beef Rendang with Roti and Turmeric Rice, Cucumber and Peanuts

A dish traditionally prepared for festive occasions, such as weddings and celebrations.  Guests may spice up their meals with this truly authentic creation from Malaysia.

Malaysian Lobster Laksa

Back due to popular demand, this dish is meticulously prepared with over a dozen ingredients, including lemongrass, chilli paste, coconut milk, turmeric, shallot and shrimp paste, to bring out the chewy texture of lobsters.  This luscious creation is not to be missed.

Dessert Wins Hung Pink Lady

True to its name, this pink delight with sakura sponge cake, strawberry jelly and fresh strawberries is certainly good on the eyes and a sinfully sweet indulgence for everyone.
