CAMUS Showcases ‘The Best Cognac in the World’ With Award-Wining Borderies and Elegance Tasting Session with French Cuisines

CAMUS Wine & Spirits, a French, family-owned business specialising in the production of cognac since 1863, is showcasing its world-famous brands in Thailand at CAMUS cognac dinner session with French Cuisines at Bangkok’s Lyon restaurant on July 16th, 2018.

Distributor of CAMUS cognacs in Thailand, Italasia, is hosting the event for media and VIP guests with a dinner session, showcasing CAMUS BORDERIES VSOP, CAMUS BORDERIES XO, CAMUS XO ELEGANCE, CAMUS EXTRA ELEGANCE, and CAMUS EXTRA DARK & INTENSE; all of which are multi-award-winning with a world-renowned reputation.

Asia Pacific Director at CAMUS, Maxence Goinere attended the event to explain the signature flavors of each cognac. “Our mission is to produce and sell the best cognac in the world and we have over 150 years of experience producing quality excellence. The purpose of the tasting event in Bangkok is to demonstrate the rich variety of cognacs we produce to existing cognac drinkers and new customers; showing how distinctly different and wonderfully original each of our cognacs is.”

Borderies is the birthplace of cognac vineyards, renowned for producing intensely aromatic Cognac. CAMUS is the largest landowner in a region that now produces less than 5% of the world’s cognac, with CAMUS Borderies Cognacs distilled with lees, and aged in individual casks. CAMUS BORDERIES VSOP displays a vanilla-pod, orange-peel and sweetly floral taste, with CAMUS BORDERIES XO Reserve boasting an elegant, soft, buttery aroma with fruity and floral notes and a light touch of spice. Meanwhile, CAMUS XO ELEGANCE is subtly crafted to balance individual flavors such as plum, hazelnut and licorice, CAMUS EXTRA ELEGANCE is extraordinarily complex taste with crème brûlée and delivers a cascade of flavors ranging from violets and walnuts andCAMUS EXTRA DARK & INTENSE merges harmoniously taste with the enhanced flavors of butter into a rich & spicy of dark chocolate.
