Tucked away off Soho’s Elgin Street, NOM’s vibrant bar is known for having some of the best aperitivo hours in town. In true Italian style, NOM serves up a generous spread of light bites and refreshing aperitivos to satisfy a thirsty after work-crowd. New to the modern Italian restaurant’s aperitivo offering are their Spritz and Slider Nights where guests can enjoy a spritz cocktail and Wagu beef slider for only HKD88 every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 6pm- 8.30pm.
Putting a spin on Italy’s favourite aperitivo, NOM’s extended Spritz menu includes unique creations using a twist of botanicals, spices, herbs and fresh fruit. Light and refreshing options include the Earl Grey infused Grey Fizz (HKD88) with Mancino Bianco, cucumber and ginger beer, and the fruity Rosaria (HKD78) with lychee puree, Liqueur de Violettes and prosecco. New to the menu is theNoccioleta (HKD88), a herbaceous spritz with Green Chartreuse, bitters, Sauvignon Blanc and prosecco and the Amaro Fresco(HKD88), with bitter and oaky flavours of hibiscus and burnt orange syrup and Cocchi Amaro vermouth. The signature NOM Spritz(HKD78) remains a crowd pleaser, with the traditional spritz flavours of bitter orange lightened by a splash of sweet blood orange, vanilla and black pepper.
A firm Tuesday favourite, NOM’s popular free-flow pizza night has now been expanded to include free-flow meatballs and pastafrom 6.30pm to 9pm with one drink purchase. An endless spread of moreish bites, hand-crafted cocktails and a live DJ spinning the decks have made Tuesdays at NOM the new Friday.
