Carmen Wine Export Manager Guillermo Beltramin will preside over this exclusive four-course meal, which includes an elegant Slow Cooked Duck Bok Choy and Duck Sauce paired with a Carmen Premier Reserve Merlot 2014; a delectable Beef Wagyu with Roasted Jerusalem Artichoke matched with Carmen Premier Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 and Carmen Winemaker’s Reserve 2010, and more.
