Carnival Australia Ceo Ann Sherry Meets P&Oedge Designer John Sharpe On Pacific Jewel
On a recent visit to P&O Cruises’ Pacific Jewel in Sydney, Carnival Australia CEO Ann Sherry bumped into John Sharpe from Pacific Adventures the designer of the adrenaline fuelled P&OEdge activities, which have become such a popular feature on Jewel.
As P&O Cruises recently announced, in the first six months of P&OEdge, passengers have participated in 25,000 exciting adventures including the Flying Fox, Segway Challenge, Bungy Tramp, Funnel Climb and Laser Tag. P&OEdge is comprised of 20 activities that use the ship’s existing architecture to make up the world’s largest adventure park at sea.
The adventure park has been such a hit there are plans now to introduce it on the other ships in the P&O Cruises’ fleet starting with Pacific Dawn later this year.
