CATO is pleased to announce the official launch of its new website www.cato.travel

The new website has been designed to allow travel agents to quickly and easily find the right supplier for their clients.   New enhanced search facility and member profiles allow agents to search for by country, region and genre of travel.

“Many travel consultants struggle to find the right supplier when they have clients seeking obscure destinations or types of travel, said Peter Baily, CATO General Manager.  The new CATO website solves this problem. For example, an agent looking for a wholesaler that arranges weddings in South Africa can now quickly and easily find the right supplier.”

“One of the real strengths of CATO and the Australian travel industry is the incredible range and diversity of product available to customers.  You name it and there is a CATO member that can do it.   The key to finding the right supplier is to simply CATO Search It” said Peter Baily.

It is envisaged that the CATO website will become one of the primary search tools for travel consultants.  The CATO website has a key advantage over Google in that search results only display accredited Australian based suppliers that travel consultants can book with confidence.

CATO is the representative body of the land supply side of the Australian travel industry.  CATO members are ATAS accredited wholesalers and tour operators who abide by a code of conduct and strong business ethics.
