Caviar Decadence at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

Four Seasons Hotel Seoul has partnered with the world-acclaimed Almas Caviar, for an extraordinary caviar promotion that offers the finest gastronomic and sensory experiences unlike anything else in town from dining to spa treatments all under one roof.

Diners and food connoisseurs can indulge their taste buds with a refined dining experience featuring gourmet caviar delicacies satisfying even the most discerning palate. At the Italian restaurant Boccalino, Chef Ciro Petrone has carefully crafted a special caviar menu featuring dishes are tantalising and irresistible. Chef Ciro’s menu is inventive, delicious and artistic in presentation offering diners with a multi-sensory dining experience that they will never forget. Gourmet highlights include:

  • Pan-seared sea bass fillet with sweet pea salad, lemon curd and caviar
  • Grilled Hanwoo beef sirloin with caviar, pickled white radish, potato fondant and watercress

At the Hotel’s Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant Yu Yuan, Chef Koo Kwok Fai has prepared a refined and innovative six-course caviar menu that combines authentic local flavours of Cantonese cuisine with rich, intense aromas of Almas Caviar heightening the senses with its complex yet harmonious flavours.   • Marinated jellyfish head and pan-fried scallop with caviar and bell pepper

Chef Kazumi Sawada at the Japanese restaurant Kioku has curated an exquisite seven-course menu that showcases delicate and fresh taste of Kyoto cuisine with Almas Caviar as a great accent adding a kick of flavour and an element of surprise that entertains diners. Diners can look forward to a unique gastronomic journey that is tasty, elegant and surprising. Some highlights include:

  • Cockle and toro tartare with sevruga caviar and ponzu jelly
  • Carabinero prawn tempura temaki topped with caviar
  • Hanwoo beef sirloin steak with butter soy sauce and poached egg

The caviar adventure continues at the Hotel’s internationally-renown speakeasy cocktail bar Charles H. A trio of dry martinis aged for up to one month in a bourbon barrel and Delamotte champagne are available for guests to further enhance and enjoy the caviar pleasures to the fullest. Lorenzo Antinori, Head Bartender, has put together an exclusive, indulgent pairing menu that includes beautifully crafted cocktails and fine champagne that complements the rich and decadent flavours of caviar that leaves guests in exquisite sensory overload.
