Cebu Pacific Air (PSE:CEB), the Philippines’ largest airline, will be bringing bloggers from across the region on a fantastic tour of the Philippine islands, with the launch of the #CEBjuanderer Challenge.
Eight bloggers, now dubbed as ‘Juan-derers’ as the locals like to say, from Australia, China, Japan and Korea will go on an all-expense paid adventure across five Philippine destinations, namely Boracay, Cebu, Davao, Manila, and Palawan from 31 July to 7 August 2015. This is in partnership with the Philippine Tourism Promotions Board.
Two lucky Juanderers will represent each country, and compete in unique cultural experiences over the course of a week. They will take part in surprise challenges, and earn points as they play against the other teams. Each member of the winning team at the end of the trip will each receive an all-expense paid holiday to any destination in the Philippines for two people, inclusive of flights, two nights hotel accommodation with breakfast, and USD300 travel allowance.
“We look forward to welcoming our Juanderers from all over the region, and introducing them to the Philippines’ adventure spots, seafood, beaches and culture. Our extensive network enables them to sample the best of each island, in a whirlwind seven days, and really immerse themselves in what makes the Philippines such a colourful place to visit,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.
The Juanderers will go on an action-packed trip, from the bustling metropolis of Manila, to the majestic city of Davao. They also get to embrace the natural beauty of some of the world’s best beaches in Palawan, Boracay and Cebu. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will allow the bloggers to engage with locals and understand the fun-loving Filipino spirit, while sampling local delicacies along the way.
Fans and followers will be able to keep up to date with the bloggers’ activities and stand a chance to win their own free tickets to the Philippines and other attractive prizes by following the hashtag #CEBjuanderers on various social media platforms including their personal blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Weibo accounts.
