Presented by native Australian Director of Culinary Matthew Woolford, VIU will be featuring Australian-sourced premium ingredients including the award winning 100% Fullblood Blackmore Wagyu Beef, the Superior Bultarra Saltbush Lamb, Hiramasa Kingfish from the Great Southern Ocean, Spencer Gulf King Prawns, Spring Bay Mussels with a plump meaty texture and Petuna Ocean Trout, a favorite among Australia’s finest chefs.


  • A continuous flow of Penfolds wines is available from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at THB 800++ per person.
