To commemorate Indian Thanksgiving Day known as “Baisakhi Festival”, Parkview Restaurant is delighted to welcome Indian Guest Chefs – Mukesh Dangwal and Om Parkash Raturi.

On 13, 14 and 15 April, the already amazing Parkview Gourmet Dinner Buffet will be further enhanced with a Baisakhi Food Station featuring authentic celebration flavours.

Baisakhi FestivalThe traditional Indian delectable cuisines includes Lamb Briyani, Mutton Seekh kebab, Tandoori Chicken, Fish Tikka, Paneer Tikka, Rasmalai and Gulab Jamun will be integrated with our magnificent buffet spread that is Parkview’s renowned Gourmet Buffet Dinner featuring our tasty international favorites with tantalizing fresh seafood – Alaskan King Crab, Oysters, New Zealand Mussels plus our sizzling BBQ of succulent imported and selected local meats grilled to perfection.

Baisakhi Festival is also observed as the Thanksgiving Day whereby the farmers pay their tribute, thanking God for the abundant harvest and also praying for the future prosperity. It is one of the important festivals celebrated with fun and fervor by people of other religions around the globe.
