Celebrate Indonesian Food Festival @ Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay

Whet your appetite with the top 30 Iconic Dishes from Indonesia at Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay’s The Square Restaurant from 21st of October to 14th of November 2015 inconjunction with the “Indonesian Food Festival”. In partnership with the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia, the festival will bring the best of Indonesian culinary culture to Singapore that showcases the region’s specialties.

Inspired by the judge of Master Chef (S1) and Top Chef Indonesia (S1) Celebrity Chef Vindex Tengker, the dishes feature some of Indonesia’s finest ingredients of fresh herbs and spices from the region. Savour a selection of authentic Indonesian favourites like Ayam Betutu, Kare Kepiting crab in lemongrass and curry coconut gravy, Soto Betawi and Ikan masak woku or tantalise your tastebuds with a range of delicious desserts like Nagasari (steamed rice flour with banana), Klapertart (Young coconut pudding) and Ketas srikaya (Pandanus custard wth sticky rice).

Diners can also stand a chance to win a 3 day 2 night stay at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua with Garuda Indonesia on business class. The Square is the perfect meeting spot for friends or business colleagues, offering a relaxed atmosphere.

Dinner is $58 per adult and $40 per child. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% goods and Services Tax.
