Celebrate Mother’s Day at Seafood Room with an Impérial Champagne Brunch

Mother’s Day demands only the most spoiling and luxurious treats for all the mummies out there. Seafood Room is launching an exclusive Mother’s Day Brunch on 13-14 May, from 12:00 – 3:30pm starting at HKD448 per person. Each mum will receive a pink flower and a Polaroid picture so that they can cherish special family moments. As bubbles are perfect for any celebration, guests can choose from three champagne packages to complement brunch.

For the perfect reason to be on time, the first 20 lucky mothers to be seated and indulging in the Moët Rosé Impérial Flamingo Edition Free Flow package (HKD350) will be in for the chance of receiving a special gift from Benefit Cosmetics.

In addition to the usual brunch menu, Seafood Room introduces special Mother’s Day dishes. A Grilled Scallop Salad, (HKD178) with cherry tomatoes, fennel, goat’s cheese, mache leaves in mustard dressing; Oven-Baked Chilean Miso Seabass (HKD228) served with a side of sautéed spinach; Mini Grilled Seafood Platter (HKD188); filled with razor clams, sea whelk, blue mussels, clams, tiger prawns – and that’s just the beginning.

Since brunch isn’t complete without a cocktail, mums can choose to indulge in The Pink Carnation for a special price of HKD38 during brunch (usual price: HKD138), a mix of Hedonist liquor, lemon juice, Aperol, Lindeman cider topped with a pretty flower.

The expansive Buffet Counter includes an international selection of oysters, seafood tartare and sashimi, the Salad Station and a variety of charcuterie and antipasti options included in the brunch price. Guests can order a hot and delicious King Prawn and White Asparagus Risotto with salmon tartare straight from the hot kitchen. The main courses certainly won’t disappoint, with a variety of options. Meaty mains include Australian Wagyu Rib Eye, served with a pink peppercorn sauce (add HKD98); Moroccan Spiced Chicken with mango chutney; for more fishy fare there’s Pan-Fried Red Mullet with an aioli sauce; a Shrimp Burger served with yuzu mayonnaise; Miso Salmon with charred lime.

For the sweetest treat, guests can indulge in not one, but four desserts, with a Mother’s Day special dessert platter including Yuzu Tart, Triple Chocolate Trouble, Baked Sesame Cheesecake and Seasonal Fruit.

Additional Free-flow packages on the day include the Free Flow La Vie En Rose Sparkling Rose (HKD150) and Free Flow Moët & Chandon Impérial Champagne (HKD200). All free flow options are also inclusive of prosecco, house sake, house wines, Peroni and brunch cocktails to help mum to relax.
