This coming Mother’s Day on Sunday, 14 May, bring the greatest woman in your life to award-winning buffet restaurant, Carousel, for a gastronomic indulgence.
Look forward to a delightful spread consisting of Maine lobsters, Alaskan king crab legs, truffle-scented lobster risotto, seafood bouillabaisse, oven-roasted whole red snapper with lemon and chimichurri sauce and slow-cooked Emperor’s chicken infused with Chinese herbal spices.
Indulge in decadent desserts such as pink raspberry chocolate tarts with wild berries coulis, duo mango baked cheesecake with passion mango mousse and salted caramel double chocolate cake.
A brand-new homemade ice cream counter, boasting 13 exciting new flavours, adds to the impressive list of desserts available at Carousel. Guests will be spoilt for choice with signatures like Kaya & Toast, Thai Milk Tea, Chendol, Thai Pumpkin Custard and Oreo Cheesecake to go with freshly-made waffles and a generous selection of condiments.
In celebration of the occasion, all guests will receive chocolate tarts and also be able to take part in the lucky draw.
