Celebrate Passover Dinner At Culina Restaurant And Enjoy A Third Night Free At Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles At Beverly Hills
In celebration of Passover, Chef Denis Dello Stritto has created a Passover dinner menu at Culina that will be available on April 22, 23 and 24, 2016.
The menu melds traditional offerings with Italian influences. Four SeasonsHotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills will also be offering a Stay Longer – Third Night Free promotion over Passover week, perfect for family and friends visiting for the holiday.
The Passover dinner at Culina will begin with charoset, a medley of chopped apples, walnuts, blueberries, cranberries and citrus. Salad options include a grilled pear salad with almond “ricotta” and an escarole salad with apricot and meyer lemon gel. Guests will also enjoy a holiday favourite: matzah ball soup with chicken and vegetable broth with a thyme and chive matzah ball.
Entrees will include roasted Jidori chicken with mushrooms and horseradish fingerling potatoes; cobia with sautéed brussels sprouts and carrot puree; or sliced tri-tip steak with wild arugula and cherry tomatoes.
The meal concludes with decadent desserts, including a hazelnut milk chocolate mousse with torched meringue, or candied hazelnut and lemon pana cotta with citrus marmalade and candied almonds.
The three-course Passover dinner with soup or salad is USD 54 per person, while the four-course Passover dinner will be USD 69, excluding tax and gratuity. Sommelier wine pairings and cocktails are available upon request.
