Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is delighted to participate in the first French Beef Festival in town, showcasing the charm of French gastronomy to discerning diners! Café Renaissance and Mirage Bar & Restaurant have specially crafted various palatable delicacies made with top-notch French beef in September.

The excellent quality of French beef is attributed to the terroirs, well-developed traditions and strict quality control in France. One of the renowned breeds is the Charolais cattle from Burgundy. Apart from being a famous wine region, Burgundy is also a gourmands’ heaven. The famous Charolais breed is awarded an AOC, a French certification on protected designation of origin, ensuring outstanding geographical conditions, production process and quality in producing tantalizing beef with exceptional marbling and nutty flavour. Limousin beef is another popular beef from France and believed to be one of the ancient cattle breeds. Its tender texture and beefy flavour will surely entice your palate!
