Elevated 31 levels above the harbour with views stretching the Opera House, Botanic Gardens and Watsons Bay, the Harbour Room Chinese New Year High Tea presents a brilliant spread of hand-made pastries, signature sweets and tarts on the signature three-tier stands. With bespoke pairings from InterContinental Sydney tea partners, Ronnefeldt, the high tea is complemented with the hand-selected library of Chinese teas and aromas, brought to life with a Chinese tea ceremony for a truly multi-sensory experience. $88.00 per person; Very limited seating available.

Two grand dining rooms welcome you into a festival of culinary wonder with a six-course degustation menu infused with twists of authentic Chinese cuisine. Designed exclusively for the Lunar Year, the six-course menu presents market-fresh seafood from Sydney’s iconic Fish Market alongside chef’s prepared noodles and signature favourites.
The progressive dining event will take guests from the signature restaurant to the 32nd floor for a cocktail finale atop Supper Club, Sydney’s hottest rooftop venue with its iconic 270 degree wraparound terrace. $128.00 per person and $188.00 with matching wine.
