Last night, Thursday 23 May 2019, at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, wizards and witches alike celebrated in style at the Yellow Carpet Official Opening of PUFFS Or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic.
During its record breaking run in Melbourne last year, audiences and critics were overwhelmingly united in their glowing response to PUFFS, with the show opening to rave reviews and 5 Star praise from all those who experienced its hilarity, and the response in Sydney has been just as amazing.
Costumed fans mingled with Yellow Carpet VIPs including Cameron Daddo (actor-Smooth FM), Alison Brahe (model), Paul Capsis (actor-singer), Pamela Shaw (actor), Marcel Blanch-de Wilt (comedian), Tim Meaco (musician), Brittany Hockley (The Bachelor), Simon Hancock (Influencer), Pete Stevens (Influencer) and the cast of ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’.
PUFFS gives a new spin on a familiar adventure from the perspective of three new heroes just trying to make it through magic school. It takes a second look at everyone’s favourite world of wizards through the eyes of The Puffs, a lovable group of magical misfits.
PUFFS will be at the Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park until June 30.
