CHACHAWAN and Michter’s make a spirited match

CHACHAWAN Isaan Thai and Bar is stirring things up with Michter’s. Hong Kong Tatler’s Best Chef 2014, Adam Cliff, serves up dishes to rival the best that Isaan has to offer, while at the bar, Sam Jeveons, master mixologist, concocts punchy cocktails made with Michter’s spirits and a range of only the freshest ingredients to go alongside the hottest dishes in town.

New favourites that guests will find on the CHACHAWAN cocktail menu include the Old Thymer(HK$ 90), made with Michter’s Bourbon, galangal, thyme and bitters as well as the Golden Triangle (HK$ 90), a mix of Michter’s Bourbon, pink grapefruit, honey and bitters.
