The 5-course ‘Pop-Up Gourmet Dinner’ will be accompanied by a selection of fine wine and live entertainment by the Phuket Academy of Performing Arts, further establishing Phuket Province’s status as a leading ‘City of Gastronomy’, as honored by UNESCO. Chef Tammasak’s superb culinary skills have earned him recognition as Iron Chef Thailand in 2015, and his upcoming Thai set dinner at Saffron will feature a selection of sensational dishes to showcase his creativity.

Mr. Tammasak’s career as a world-class chef began over 20 years ago, as he honed his modern culinary techniques in Michelin-starred Top Air restaurant in Stuttgart.
