CharterClick – a Dubai based online startup – is officially launching worldwide

April 9, 2018 OTA News No Comments Email Email – a Dubai native real time online booking portal is proud to announce the launch of multiple divisions all around the world. The company started as a small startup with a fleet of a couple of local boats, but quickly established its presence all around UAE and GCC region – Oman branch was launched just a couple of months after the official domain became operational. In autumn of 2017, CharterClick started official operations in Cyprus, and became an international and transcontinental company overnight. The next logical step was to go global, which resulted in a slight redesign of the registration process, and an extensive fleet growth, that at this very moment includes more than 650 vessels in 37 countries all around the world.

  • CharterClick operates in all the major European, American and Asian tourist destinations, including Croatia, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Thailand, Greece and Turkey
  • Rib, power, sailing and motor boats are all available to easily book online, along with fishing trips and catamarans
  • Each booking can be personally customized by adding different additional options and/or bringing along your own crew on board
  • CharterClick has both instant and on request booking systems implemented into its checkout procedures, which enhances and speeds up the overall user booking flow, and makes it the easiest and fastest to date

The success of CharterClick is based on the unique way of dealing with availability and payment processing, that has been firmly associated with the company since the very inception. Dubai has been the first place where instant availability/instant booking system was introduced. Because of the local specifics(mainly hourly bookings), service providers were able to adapt to the new way of doing business on a local scene, and quickly adopted common principles of the shared economy, that are no strangers to the transportation and leisure services. On a global level, CharterClick decided to introduce a hybrid booking scheme, that gives suppliers more flexibility when working with the company. However in the long terms, the team behind CharterClick hopes that their instant booking model will become the standard for the industry.

“We are just getting started.” says Vlad Mozharov, CharterClick’s Managing Director and one of the  co-founders. “The decision to introduce the hybrid booking system was not easy – after all, Dubai is a great example that leisure marine transportation sector is not that different from, let’ say, the one of luxury accommodation, that has abandoned request system a long time ago. But after numerous brainstorming session we came to a conclusion that the market segment we are entering is too big to disrupt in one go. We want to gradually explain and show our partners all around the world, that what we propose will be much more beneficial for them, than what they are used to now. By carefully inserting a small technological aspect into their daily workflow, they would be able to significantly speed up and improve the way they are doing their business. By giving away a completely free CRM system to every single service provider on CharterClick, we want to encourage them to try our instant availability booking system, and see the difference for themselves.”
