This April, we bring you Chef Lee Siew Hap’s finest dishes in admiration of his remarkable culinary journey at award-winning restaurant, Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant of One World Hotel Petaling Jaya. Join us as we feast to celebrate his accomplishments with your family and friends.


Savour dishes crafted to leave a lasting impression at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant.

Lee will be rolling out his signature creations and showcasing five of his masterpieces featuring treats like Pan Fried Stuffed Scallop with Foie Gras, Superior Lobster Soup with Shark’s Fin, Bamboo Pith and Fish Roe, Wok Fried Boneless Chicken with Garlic “Sze Chuan” Style, Pan Fried Cod Fish with Special Sauce and Eggplant and Village Style “Tau Bok” with Soup in Claypot.

With over 40 years of expertise in Chinese cuisine, his dishes are created with unique and vibrant flavours, finished with the finest touch. The master chef believes that his exquisite masterpieces are appealing to all of the senses, evocative, emotional and thought provoking.

Apart from the highlighted promotion, there are over a hundred dishes to choose from the ala – carte menu. While waiting for the dishes to arrive, do nibble on some dim sum (for lunch only) as Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant is also well known for its hearty bite-sized little morsels.
