In collaboration with Art Central, Chef Philippe Orrico of Michelin-starred ON Dining, and Sheung Wan favourite UPPER Modern Bistro, will build Le Marché by Philippe Orrico, a pop-up restaurant forFair visitors. The well-appointed eatery immerses guests into a piece of Europe’s charming market culture, amongst some of the world’s finest art.

Art Central’s flagship restaurant, an innovative yet casual French concept, Le Marché pays homage to the traditional European gourmet markets that are a must for any visitor interested in gastronomy.

The airy space will be an environment for eating, drinking and more— the culture-focused gastromarket will serve up lighter bites such as craveable charcuterie platters and a classic Tuna Salade (HK$148) for those stopping by for a brief respite, whilst heartier plates such as the Teriyaki Beef Short Rib (HK$198) make for a relaxed yet splendid meal.

Wine and cheese lovers will be able to treat themselves to a selection of fantastic pours paired with crowd-stopping cheese plates by master fromagier Jeremy Evrard. Enjoyed next to a selection of irresistible cheese, there is no better way to share a lively discussion about art. For those seeking something stronger, a neat menu of innovative yet approachable cocktails, including the renowned ONegroni (HK$90) and Orrico Spritz (HK$90) by legendary mixologist Giancarlo Mancino will be available.

Visitors looking to maximise their gallery time can grab expertly curated lunch boxes packed with gourmet sandwiches that may be enjoyed in situ or on the go.
