“China Restaurant Week Spring 2018” Fully Upgraded with the Elite Dining Experience

Jointly presented by DiningCity and American Express, the 12th semiannual “China Restaurant Week Spring 2018” will kick off from April 12th to 22nd. The event will be held across seven cities; ShanghaiBeijingGuangzhouShenzhenChengduHangzhou, and Suzhou, setting off on an 11-day culinary experience encompassing various Chinese and Western cuisines.

The 12th China Restaurant Week will introduce restaurants to a wide audience in order to attract more people into great dining experiences for an attractive price. Together with American Express, DiningCity has also organized 6 editions of the Elite Dining Week, an event focused on the best culinary experiences in existence. For the first time in history the two events will merge together in order to create a new menu category, the “Elite”, featuring the most exclusive menu options.

Not only will it provide foodies with more delicacy options and better dining experiences, the upgraded China Restaurant Week will also offer American Express Card Members an exclusive privilege of priority access to tables earlier than others from March 28th.”

The new Elite Category menu features Michelin-starred restaurants and local premium fine dining restaurants. Francky Semblat, chef of L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon said, “It’s a great honor that we can present the Elite menu during Restaurant Week. The Elite menu not only represents the ultimate delicacy, but is also a brand new culinary experience incorporating creativity and elegance. We also expect that through this dining sensation, more and more people will be able to enjoy the ultimate delicacy and experience a unique stylish environment forged by us.”

The comprehensive upgrade of this China Restaurant Week is not only reflected in the richer choices of menu. All the cuisines within every category are supervised by professional gourmets under strict quality control in order to taste the flavor origin of the food. The selection of materials is also more rigorous so that the innovative cuisines also look exquisite.

China Restaurant Week is famous for capturing the hearts of diners through premium dining experiences, and has remained one of the most sought-after events since its inception. This edition is no exception, covering more than 450 restaurants from Michelin-starred restaurants to high-quality local restaurant participants. This edition also features many new restaurants such as Galleria, Canton Table, The Pine At Rui Jin, and more.

There are 4 fixed price categories to choose from,

Elite: Price determined by restaurants
A: Lunch: RMB 138 / Dinner: RMB 278
B: Lunch: RMB 108 / Dinner: RMB 188
C: Lunch: RMB  68 / Dinner: RMB 108

The event will kick off from April 12th to April 22nd, 2018.
