Hailing from Malaysia, Chef Stephen Teo has over 21 years of experience in the culinary world. Over the past 16 years, he has grown with the Shangri-La group. Starting his culinary journey at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, Chef Teo proceeded to work at various locations, including the Philippines, Guangzhou and Beijing.
