The first courses include Seafood in Three Varieties, Spicy Sushi Rolls with Sweet Ginger, Crab and Sweet Shrimp Salad with with wakame seaweed and Frsh scallops tempura with nori flake. This menu highlights a unique Raw Fish Hotpot with a hot sesame soup base specially made by Chef Kubota.
