China World Summit Wing, Beijing Welcomes Spring with “Love for Lobster” Signatures at Restaurants and Bar

China World Summit Wing, Beijing, a Shangri-La hotel and the highest luxury hotel in the capital city, welcomes spring and sunshine with a series of signature dishes made with imported Atlantic lobster, dubbed as “king of seafood”. For a limited time only, guests will be able to tuck into creative dishes at Nadaman, The Lounge, Atmosphere, The Red Chamber and Noodle Bar.


Atlantic lobster is highly prized for its dense, sweet and flavourful flesh. Guests will be able to indulge in tantalising set menus at Nadaman and The Lounge while taking in the breathtaking city views from level 80. A three-course lobster set menu includes a glass of white wine.

The meal starts with a refreshing salad of Poached Lobster, Blueberries, Smoked Salmon, Black Fungus with Flax Seed Oil, Seaweed and Coriander, and Slow-Roasted Vine Tomato Soup with Lobster and Basil. For the main course, the classic Lobster Linguine with rich homemade shellfish sauce will not disappoint with its fresh taste of the sea. Each set is priced at RMB238 and available for lunch and dinner until 30 June 2016.

Nadaman serves a feast for the senses with a seven-course dinner menu of lobster and seafood highlights, including fresh Salmon and Sweet Prawn Sashimi, Lobster and Vegetable Tempura, and Japanese-Style Pilaf (steamed rice with shrimp and corn). Each set is available at RMB680 per person and available until 30 June 2016.

Fans of Chinese cuisine can satisfy their lobster cravings at The Red Chamber with three creative lobster a la carte dishes, perfect for sharing – Sautéed Lobster with Sichuan-Style Spicy Sauce, Sautéed Australian Lobster with Red Chilli, Garlic and Fermented Black Beans, and Baked Wasabi Lobster with Fried Rice. Each portion is priced at RMB268 net.

Noodle Bar offers guests a delicious and affordable lobster fix for lunch and dinner with a hearty bowl of Noodles with Prawn Wonton and Lobster Soup, priced at RMB65 net per portion. Lobster specials at The Red Chamber and Noodle Bar are available until 30 April 2016.

The creative bar crew at Atmosphere will wow thirsty cocktail lovers with a unique concoction of sweet and savoury flavours. The cocktail is a mix of lobster-infused vodka, fresh lemon juice, lavender syrup, chocolate bitter and champagne. Each glass is priced at RMB95.
