Chôm Chôm’s Chef Peter Cuong Franklin revives the flavours of his childhood for Hanoi Happy Hour, introducing banh mi Vietnamese sandwiches (HKD58), available Wednesdays – Sundays 4:00-6:30pm in limited quantities.

Made fresh daily, rotating sandwich varieties include classic pork belly, sesame beef and grilled chicken, each within a crispy French baguette. Ask for the Beer + Banh Mi special (HKD68), which includes a mini banh mi with an ice-cold Saigon beer, for an early evening bia hoi experience right on Peel Street.

Hanoi Happy Hour also includes 1/2 priced bottles of Chôm Chôm’s own house white wine (HK$189) and lots of flavourful bites to go with it, including the option to order a Bucket of VFC, 8 pieces of the popular “Vietnamese fried chicken” for HK$88.

Other favourites to snack on before dinner include Crispy Frog Legs (HK$98) and Beef in Betel Leaf (HKD$88), both of which pair well with any of the delicious cocktails and regional beers from the bar.
