City Of Dreams Presents ‘A Night Among The Stars’ Gala Dinner

Marking the 10th anniversary of the annual Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau, City of Dreams will present ‘A Night Among the Stars.’ The gala dinner will take place on Thursday, November 30 and will include an evening of delectable dining, exuberant celebration and a gathering of industry giants. Following the memorable gastronomic journey at Studio City last November, Melco Resorts & Entertainment will bring the star-studded event for the second consecutive year to Macau, the newly designated “UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy”. The Official Title Partner of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau, Melco Resorts & Entertainment is proud to welcome esteemed guests to this year’s celebration. 

This exclusive dinner event will be a celebration of top-class hospitality and gourmet dining where guests will be indulged with the unique opportunity to enjoy a seven-course dinner prepared by culinary geniuses. For one night only, six acclaimed chefs – boasting an impressive 14 Michelin stars between them – and Hong Kong celebrity Nicholas Tse will join hands to craft a dining experience unlike any other.

In addition to City of Dreams’ own superstar chefs, Fabrice Vulin of two-Michelin-starred The Tasting Room and Tam Kwok Fung of two-Michelin-starred Jade Dragon, the event will feature visiting culinary masters Alain Ducasse (Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, Paris; three Michelin stars), Kwong Wai Keung (T’ang Court, Hong Kong; three Michelin stars), Noah Sandoval(Oriole, Chicago; two Michelin stars) and Hidemichi Seki (Tenku Ryugin, Hong Kong; two Michelin stars). Hong Kong’s Pop diva Joey Yung will also be in attendance to delight guests with a spectacular musical performance.

Inspired by the theme, ‘Star-Studded Memories,’ the gala will be a culinary journey through each of the seven chefs’ most treasured recollections.
