Clients are the real awards winners says Verve Creative Events

CEO of Verve Creative Events, Rob Frank, believes awards only mean something when you know you’ve done the very best for your clients.

Recent winners of the highly coveted award the Event Management Organisation of NSWby Meetings and Events Australia (MEA), Rob Frank explained that the MEA Awards encourages him and the team to really think hard about what they’re doing and why’re they doing it. The answer, he concluded, was simple: to achieve the very best result for their clients.

“Everyone says they are client focussed, but you have to prove to clients that you mean it and breathe it.

“That means you not only have to satisfy your clients, you have to astound them – each and every time. It means you have to work in partnership with them and be honest. Tell them what you believe will work and what won’t. That’s the most meaningful way to generate repeat business,” said Mr Frank.

At MEA’s Awards Gala, held at Dockside, Darling Harbour on 27 March, Verve was up against some of the biggest players in the events management business.

“I’m proud we’ve won. It proves our motto works as a recipe for success – Genius. Magic. Results. The test for us is Results. They’re what clients look for and they’re why we received this award.

“It’s great to know our peers appreciate how we make our motto live. We work hard to achieve the very best results for our clients and we treat every event as if it’s a one-off and special,” stated Mr Frank.

This award puts Verve in the enviable position of being one of the most highly awarded events organisations in Australia.
